By creating an account, accessing, or using Deviantly.ai ("Deviantly", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Services Provided
Deviantly provides market intelligence, competitor tracking, analytics, and workflow tools for TikTok Shop, Amazon sellers, creators, and brands. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings or billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with zero cancellation fees.
5. Intellectual Property and Data Use
Deviantly and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, software, and proprietary algorithms. Marketplace and platform names (TikTok, Amazon, Shopify) are trademarks of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
Deviantly provides analytics and public estimates for informational purposes only. In no event shall Deviantly be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your business decisions.
